Welcome to the Agape Center

The Agape Center, located in northern Macomb County, exists to help individuals and families who need emergency assistance. Our pantry is stocked with canned goods, meat products, fresh produce and personal care items. In addition to our pantry, the center helps sponsoring churches with clients facing shut-off and eviction notices. Caring volunteers treat everyone with dignity and respect as they navigate the difficult times in life. |

Agape Center News Flash
January Update
In January, 93 families came to the Agape Center for help.
These families consisted of 252 individuals. We were able to
provide this essential service because of donations from a variety of sources,
including a substantial brown bag collection from St. Theresa of Lisieux and a holiday
food drive from our friends at MediLodge. And, as always, our volunteers pitched in by
providing some 222 hours of service to the food insecure of our community.
Thanks to all for helping make this result possible!

Special Message
Agape Center volunteers conducted a food drive at the Washington Twp Kroger store on January 17-18. Kroger shoppers donated 11 shopping carts of groceries that will help keep the Agape Center shelves well-stocked this winter! Thanks to all who participated!
